摘 要:基于分级破碎机的实际结构参数,建立了辊齿三维模型;运用离散元软件,对不同辊齿仰角下的破碎磨损情况进行了仿真研究;分析计算辊齿的平均累积接触能量,得到了不同辊齿仰角对破碎机磨损的影响规律。结果表明,随着辊齿仰角的增大,平均法向、切向累积接触能量均随之升高,但增长幅度不同;考虑提高辊齿的耐磨损性能,在满足生产能力前提下,辊齿仰角宜采用低度数并避开磨损增长趋势相对剧烈的区间。该研究结果可为分级破碎机辊齿仰角的设计优化提供参考。Based on the actual structural parameters of the grading crusher,a 3D model of the roller teeth was established.Then,the discrete element software was used to simulate the crushing wear under different elevation angles of the roller teeth.The average cumulative contact energy of the roller teeth was analyzed and calculated,and the influence of different elevation angles of the roller teeth on the wear of the crusher was obtained.The results showed that with the increase of the elevation angle of the roller teeth,the average normal and tangential cumulative contact energy increased,but the growth rate was different.In addition,considering the improvement of the wear resistance of the roller teeth,under the premise of meeting the production capacity,the elevation angle of the roller teeth should be low and avoid the interval where the wear growth trend was severe.The research results could provide reference for the design optimization of the elevation angle of the roller teeth of the grading crusher.
