摘  要:针对某铁矿选矿厂三段一闭路旧系统存在的细碎作业负荷较大,能耗占比较高等问题,对破碎流程进行模拟优化。基于Moly-Cop Tools软件,进行了设备工艺模拟研究。结果表明,通过减小中碎破碎机紧边排料口宽度,可以有效提升中碎破碎机效率并降低细碎作业负荷,提高旧系统矿石破碎流程的整体能量利用效率。In view of the problems of large load in fine crushing operations and high proportion of energy consumption in the old system of three stages and one closed circuit in an iron ore concentrator,the crushing process was simulated and optimized.Based on the Moly-Cop Tools,the equipment process simulation research was carried out.The results showed that by reducing the width of the discharge port at the tight side of the crusher suitable for intermediate crushing operation,the efficiency of the crusher suitable for intermediate crushing operation could be effectively improved and the fine crushing operation load could be reduced,thereby improving the overall energy utilization efficiency of the ore crushing process for the old system.
