吕梁市离石区中学健美操的开展现状与发展前景

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等方法,对吕梁市离石区中学健美操的开展现状进行调查。结果显示:离石区具有代表性的5所学校的健美操课开设少、大型活动举办力度不够、教师师资力量缺乏、课程形式老套、缺乏创新,练习场地设施不完善。因此,本研究通过调查了解离石区健美操发展现状、分析健美操对中学生的独特作用,并就健美操运动在发展中出现的问题提出对策,预测发展前景,以期健美操运动在中学校园中发挥更重要的作用。Through the methods of literature,questionnaire and logic analysis,the present situation of middle school calisthenics in Lishi District of Luliang City was investigated.The results show that the five representative schools in Lishi District have few aerobics classes,insufficient large-scale activities,old-fashioned course forms,imperfect practice facilities and are lack of teachers and teachers,lack of innovation.Therefore,through the investigation,this study analyzed the development status of calisthenics in Lishi District,the unique role of calisthenics for middle school students,and put forward countermeasures on the problems in the development of calisthenics,predicting the development prospects,in order that calisthenics in the middle school can play a more important role.
