摘　　要：新文化是中国式现代化的文化形态。新文化植根于新时代现代化的伟大实践,标示着我们对文化重要性的认识达到了新的高度。新文化形态是中国式现代化的文化表达:新文化形态是新的文化生命体;新文化形态体现文化发展的方向性;新文化形态体现文化发展的人民性;新文化形态体现文化发展的全面性。建设新文化在新时代的实践要求是:文以载道,以文化人,明体达用,体用贯通,发挥文化对中国式现代化的阐释功能和引领功能,为实现中国式现代化提供强大精神力量。New culture is the cultural form of Chinese modernization.The new culture is rooted in the great practice of modernization in the new era,marking that our understanding of the importance of culture has reached a new height.The new culture is the cultural expression of Chinese modernization;the new culture is the new life of culture;the new culture embodies the direction of cultural development;the new culture embodies the people's character of cultural development;and the new culture embodies the comprehensiveness of cultural development.The practical requirements of constructing new culture in the new era are as follows:culture is the carrier of ideas and works as the tool of cultivating people,and it is needed to make practical use of truth.In order to provide powerful spiritual force for the realization of Chinese modernization,we should give full play to the interpretive function and leading function of culture.
