摘  要:仓房气密性对储粮至关重要,关系到储粮品质变化与储粮费用成本等。针对包装仓设计的楼房仓气密性较差,研究对包装仓房墙体和地坪等进行全面气密改造。经试验仓并对其改造前后压力半衰期进行对比分析,试验结果表明,改造后楼房仓空仓气密性有了极大的提高,3次压力测试半衰期时间均超过15min,最高的可达21 min以上,气密性等级远远高于气调储粮一级气密性等级(压力半衰期t≥5min)的标准,为下一步充氮气调储粮技术应用提供了良好的仓房条件,也为旧仓气密隔热改造提供了参考。The airtightness of warehouses is crucial for grain storage,which is related to changes in grain quality and storage costs.In response to the poor airtightness of building warehouses designed for packaging warehouses,a comprehensive airtightness renovation was conducted on the walls and floors of packaging warehouses.After conducting a comparative analysis of the pressure half-life before and after the renovation of the test warehouse,the test results showed that the airtightness of the empty warehouse in the building warehouse has been greatly improved after the renovation.The half-life time of the three pressure tests exceeded 15 minutes,with the highest reaching over 21 minutes.The airtightness level is far higher than the standard of the first level airtightness level(pressure half-life t≥5 minutes)for the controlled grain storage,providing good warehouse conditions for the next step of nitrogen filled and controlled grain storage technology application,It also provides a reference for the airtightness and insulation renovation of old warehouses.
