摘　　要：为推动上海高端装备企业协同外资研发中心有效开展突破性创新,基于协同创新的价值创造和价值分配视角,揭示外资方因素、创新环境、技术因素以及协同创新双方的差异等因素对上海高端装备企业协同外资突破性创新的影响机理。提出了推动上海高端装备企业协同外资研发中心突破性创新的5个机制以及8个方面的政策建议。To promote the effective breakthrough innovation of Shanghai's high-end equipment enterprise in collaboration with foreign-funded R&D centers,based on the perspective of value creation and value distribution of collaborative innovation,the impact mechanism of foreign factors,innovation environment,technological factors,and differences between collaborative innovation parties on the breakthrough innovation of Shanghai's high-end equipment enterprise collaborative foreign investment is revealed.In addition,five mechanisms and eight policy suggestions are proposed to promote breakthrough innovation in Shanghai high-end equipment enterprises collaborative foreign-funded R&D centers.
