自制痛风骨折膏外敷治疗急性痛风性膝关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自制痛风骨折膏外敷治疗急性痛风性膝关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年8月钦州市中医医院收治的90例急性痛风性膝关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)与研究组(45例),对照组应用凡士林外敷,研究组应用痛风骨折膏外敷。比较两组的总有效率、血清炎症因子指标、疼痛评分、膝关节功能评分、生活质量评分。结果研究组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血清C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平均低于对照组,研究组的疼痛评分低于对照组,研究组的膝关节功能评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于急性痛风性膝关节炎患者,应用痛风骨折膏外敷,可减轻患者关节炎症反应,缓解患者疼痛,改善其膝关节功能,疗效显著,有利于提升其生活质量水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Gout Fracture Ointment applied externally in the treatment of acute gouty knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute gouty arthritis admitted to Qinzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group(45 cases)and a study group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Vaseline for external application,while the study group was treated with Gout Fracture Ointment for external application.The total effective rate,serum inflammatory factor indicators,pain score,knee joint function score and score of life quality were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average levels of serum C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,while the knee joint function score and quality of life score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute gouty arthritis,applying Gout Fracture Ointment externally can reduce joint inflammation in patients,alleviate pain,improve knee joint function,and have a significant therapeutic effect,which is beneficial for improving their quality of life.
