运动康复护理对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的改善效果

摘　　要：目的 探究慢性心力衰竭患者通过运动康复护理干预的效果及对其心脏功能的改善性。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年9月于本院治疗的70例慢性心力衰竭患者,经过系统双盲分组法获得对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组则加入运动康复护理。评估患者心功能、6 min步行距离、生活自理能力、生活质量、满意度情况,通过对比分析运动康复护理的效果。结果 护理后,观察组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)心功能指标均优于对照组(P <0.05),观察组6 min步行距离、Barthel评分高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组生活质量评分比对照组低(P <0.05);观察组护理总体满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 运动康复护理可以增强慢性心力衰竭患者心脏功能,提高患者日常生活自理能力,生活质量更好,患者会更为满意护理服务。Objective Exploring the effects of exercise rehabilitation nursing interventions on chronic heart failure patients and their improvement in cardiac function.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by systematic blind selection,and two nursing effects were obtained in the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given exercise rehabilitation nursing.To evaluate patients' cardiac function,6-minute walking distance,self-care ability,quality of life and satisfaction,and to compare and analyze the effect of sports rehabilitation nursing.Results After nursing,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic internal diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter(LVEDD) cardiac function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the 6-min walking distance and Barthel's score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);and the quality of life score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Exercise rehabilitation nursing can enhance the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure,improve their self-care ability in daily life,improve their quality of life,and make patients more satisfied with nursing services.
