摘 要:目的 分析儿童行为转变护理干预对儿童1型糖尿病的血糖控制效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月福建省福州儿童医院收治的54例1型糖尿病患儿,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各27例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用行为转变护理干预,对比两组血糖控制效果、血糖水平、行为习惯及糖尿病控制状况评分、依从性。结果 试验组血糖控制效果高于对照组(P <0.05);两组护理前血糖水平、糖尿病控制状况评分相比无统计学差异(P> 0.05),护理后试验组血糖水平、行为习惯及糖尿病控制状况评分均优于对照组(P <0.05),且试验组1型糖尿病患儿依从性高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 行为转变护理干预对提高儿童1型糖尿病血糖控制效果具有积极的影响,并有利于提高患儿依从性,改善患儿日常生活行为习惯。Objective To analyze the effect of behavioral change nursing intervention on blood glucose control in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 54 children with type 1 diabetes in uzhou Children's Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2022 to January 2023were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by numerical randomization method,with 27 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received behavior change nursing intervention.The effect of blood glucose control,blood glucose level before and after intervention,behavioral habits,improvement of diabetes control score and children's compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose control effect of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in blood glucose level and diabetes control status score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,blood glucose level,behavior habits and diabetes control status score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the compliance rate of children with type 1 diabetes in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Behavioral change nursing intervention in children with type 1 diabetes has a positive effect on improving the blood glucose control effect,and is conducive to improving the compliance and daily living habits of children.
