摘 要:目的 分析在高血压合并糖尿病患者体检过程中展开健康教育、心理护理干预的临床效果,以期能够达到更理想的体检效果。方法 纳入2023年1月至12月在厦门市仙岳医院接受体检的高血压合并糖尿病患者80例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,两组各40例,在体检过程中分别给予常规护理、联合健康教育和心理护理干预,各组有患者40例,比较两组干预后体检质量、心理状态及健康知识掌握情况。结果 观察组体检时间、体检准确率及配合率优于对照组(P <0.05)。干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分低于对照组(P <0.05),健康知识掌握程度优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对接受体检的高血压合并糖尿病患者展开健康教育和心理护理干预,对于促进体检顺利完成,提高患者知识掌握程度,保障心理状态有积极意义。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of health education and psychological care interventions during physical examination of patients with hypertension combined with diabetes mellitus,with the aim of achieving more ideal physical examination results.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus who underwent physical examination in Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from January to December 2023 were included,divided into control group and observation group according to the randomized numerical table method,40 cases in each of the two groups,and were given routine care,joint health education and psychological care intervention in the process of physical examination,with 40 cases in each group,comparing the quality of physical examination,psychological status and health knowledge mastery in the two groups after the intervention.Results The physical examination time,physical examination accuracy and cooperation rate of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the mastery of health knowledge was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education and psychological care intervention for patients with hypertension combined with diabetes undergoing physical examination has positive significance in promoting the successful completion of physical examination,improving the degree of knowledge mastery of patients,and safeguarding the psychological state.
