全程营养护理管理对鼻咽癌放疗患者营养状况及生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 分析鼻咽癌患者放疗过程中开展全程营养护理管理对其营养状态及生活质量的影响。方法 选择2022年12月至2023年12月于福建省肿瘤医院首次接受放疗的鼻咽癌患者120例,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组(60例)配合常规护理,试验组(60例)开展全程营养护理管理,检测两组患者护理前后营养状态指标,评估两组患者护理前后的生活质量。结果 护理后,试验组白蛋白、血红蛋白、前白蛋白、体重等营养指标检测值均高于对照组,患者主观整体评估量表(PG-SGA)得分低于对照组,躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能三个维度生活质量评估得分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 全程营养护理管理能够改善鼻咽癌患者放疗期间的营养状态,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of whole nutritional care management on the nutritional status and quality of life of nasopharyngeal cancer patients during radiotherapy.Methods A total of 120 nasopharyngeal cancer patients who received radiotherapy for the first time in Fujian Cancer Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and grouped by randomized numerical table method,with the control group(n=60) cooperating with conventional nursing care and the experimental group(n=60) carrying out full nutritional nursing management,detecting nutritional status indexes before and after nursing care of the two groups and assessing the quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after nursing care.Results After nursing care,the test group had higher detection values of albumin,hemoglobin,prealbumin,body weight and other nutritional indexes than the control group,lower scores on the subjective overall assessment scale(PG-SGA) of the patients than the control group,and higher scores on the assessment of quality of life in the three dimensions of somatic functioning,psychological functioning,and social functioning than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Total nutritional nursing management can improve the nutritional status of nasopharyngeal cancer patients during radiotherapy and improve the quality of life.
