整体手术护理对腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后患者干预的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探究行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术(LC)患者执行整体手术护理服务的价值。方法 本研究选择医院2022年4月至2023年12月接收的72例行LC治疗的患者实施研究,随机分为两组,其中对照组纳入36例以常规护理为主,观察组纳入36例以实施整体手术护理为主,观察并比较两组并发症发生情况、康复效果等临床指标。结果 相比对照组,观察组并发症发生率5.56%降低(P <0.05),首次排气时间(28.17±5.26)h、首次下床活动时间(14.62±1.24)h、住院时间(4.64±0.56)h均大幅缩短(P <0.05),术后24 h、48 h、72 h疼痛程度大幅下降(P <0.05)。护理前两组SAS、SDS评分、应对方式数据对比(P> 0.05),护理后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均比护理前改善,且观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者的消极评分比对照组低,积极评分比对照组高,观察组应对方式优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者护理中开展整体手术护理可改善心理状态及疼痛程度,应对患者以积极方式应对疾病、治疗及护理,值得借鉴与学习。Objective To investigate the benefits of holistic surgical care for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods In this study,72 patients receiving LC in the hospital from April 2022 to December 2023 were selected.They were randomized into either control or observation groups.The control group consisted of 36 patients who received conventional care,while the observation group consisted of 36 patients who received comprehensive surgical care.Clinical indicators such as complication rate and rehabilitation effect were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The complications in the observation group were 5.56% lower(P<0.05),first discharge(28.17±5.26) h,first standing(14.62±1.24) h,and hospitalization(4.64±0.56) h.Pain decreased significantly at 24,48,and 72 hours after surgery(P<0.05).SAS,SDS and coping style data were compared between the two groups before breastfeeding at(P>0.05).After breastfeeding,SAS and SDS values improved in both groups as compared to before breastfeeding,and SAS and SDS values were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The negative value were lower than the control group and higher than the control group.The observation group responded better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Overall surgical care in the care of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can improve their mental state and pain level,and actively respond to disease,treatment and care.It is worth our study and reference.
