图文式护理准备清单对经皮肾镜取石术患者术后并发症发生率及预后效果的影响

摘　　要：目的 探析图文式护理准备清单在经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)患者中的实施效果和价值。方法 采用目的抽样法纳入我院泌尿外科2022年12月至2023年11月收治的64例PCNL患者,依据随机数字表法将纳入样本分入两组(对照组、观察组,均32例),对照组予以常规护理,观察组执行图文式护理准备清单,比较两组围手术期相关指标、术后并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果 观察组术前准备、术中停顿、手术、术后住院等所用时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组出血、肾盂穿孔以及肾周积脓等并发症总发生率3.12%比对照组18.75%低(P <0.05)。观察组护理总满意度96.88%比对照组78.12%高(P <0.05)。结论 图文式护理准备清单对PCNL患者围手术期相关指标优化、并发症控制以及护理满意度提升等均可产生积极的影响。Objective To explore the implementation effect and value of the "picture text nursing preparation checklist" in patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Methods A purposive sampling method was used to include 64 cases of PCNL patients admitted to the Department of Urology of our hospital from December 2022 to November 2023,and the samples were divided into two groups(control group and observation group,both 32 cases) based on the method of randomized numerical table,the control group was given conventional nursing care,and the observation group implemented the graphic nursing preparation list,comparing the perioperative related indicators,the incidence of postoperative complications,and the satisfaction with nursing care of the two groups.The two groups were compared in terms of perioperative indicators,postoperative complication rates and nursing satisfaction.Results The time used for preoperative preparation,intraoperative pause,surgery,and postoperative hospitalization was shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of hemorrhage,renal pelvis perforation,and perinephric pus in the observation group was 3.12% lower than that of the control group,which was 18.75%(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing care in the observation group was 96.88% higher than 78.12% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The "Picture Text Nursing Preparation Checklist" has a positive impact on the optimization of perioperative related indicators,control of complications,and improvement of nursing satisfaction in PCNL patients.
