针对性护理干预在门诊换药室中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨针对性护理干预在门诊换药室中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年8月至2023年8月门诊换药室接收的86例患儿作为研究对象。采用摸球法规范性分为两组,每组43例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施针对性护理,对比护理满意度、护理质量和心理状态。结果 观察组满意度95.35%高于对照组满意度79.07%(P <0.05)。护理前,两组GAD-7评分、PHQ-9评分对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);护理后,观察组的负面情绪明显减轻(P <0.05)。观察组护理质量各项评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 针对性护理干预在门诊换药室中具有重要的应用价值。通过定制个体化的护理方案、提供专业指导和教育、加强并发症的预防,能够有效地改善患者的治疗效果和满意度,促进患者的康复过程。Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing interventions in outpatient dressing rooms.Methods Eighty-six cases of children received in the outpatient exchange room from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Adopting the touch-ball method of standardization into two groups,each group of 43 cases.The control group implemented conventional care,and the observation group implemented targeted care,comparing nursing satisfaction,nursing quality and psychological status.Results The satisfaction of the observation group was 95.35% higher than that of the control group,which was 79.07%(P<0.05).Before nursing care,there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of GAD-7 scores and PHQ-9 scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing care,the negative emotions of the observation group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The various scores of the quality of care in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing interventions have important application value in outpatient dressing rooms.By customizing personalized nursing plans,providing professional guidance and education,and strengthening the prevention of complications,patients' treatment effectiveness and satisfaction can be effectively improved,and the rehabilitation process can be promoted.
