摘　　要：目的 分析膝关节术后患者实施全程心理护理+持续被动活动干预的效果。方法 选取2022年2月至2023年2月泉州市第一医院确诊并行膝关节手术患者88例。依照入院顺序进行分组,对照组(44例)实施常规护理及康复措施,观察组(44例)实施全程心理护理+持续被动活动干预。评估两组的膝关节功能[美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节功能评分]、关节活动度(ROM)、患肢肿胀度、心理情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]。结果 观察组HSS评分、主动ROM、被动ROM较对照组升高(P <0.05)。观察组患肢肿胀度较对照组减少(P <0.05)。观察组SAS、SDS评分较对照组减少(P <0.05)。结论 膝关节术后患者实施全程心理护理+持续被动活动干预可提高膝关节功能,增加膝关节活动度,减轻患肢肿胀现象,并缓解负性情绪状态。Objective To analyze the effect of whole psychological care + continuous passive activity intervention in postoperative knee patients.Methods From February 2022 to February 2023,88 patients with confirmed diagnosis of concomitant knee surgery in the First Hospital of Quanzhou City were selected.They were grouped according to the order of admission,the control group(44 cases) implemented routine nursing and rehabilitation measures,and the observation group(44 cases) implemented total psychological care + continuous passive activity intervention.Knee function [Hospital for Specialty Surgery(HSS) Knee Function Score],joint mobility(ROM),swelling of the affected limb,and psychological mood [Self-assessment of Anxiety(SAS),Self-assessment of Depression(SDS)] were assessed in the two groups.Results HSS score,active ROM,and passive ROM were elevated in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Swelling of the affected limbs decreased in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores were reduced in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of the whole process of psychological care + continuous passive activity intervention in patients after knee arthroplasty can improve the knee joint function,increase the knee joint mobility,reduce the swelling phenomenon of the affected limb,and alleviate the negative emotional state.
