糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者给予全面急诊护理对于改善患者状况的作用

摘　　要：目的 分析全面急诊护理在糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)中的应用效果。方法 纳入2020年12月至2023年12月于晋江市医院确诊为DKA的患者78例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行全面急诊护理,比较两组心理状态(SAS、SDS)、生活质量(SF-36)和干预效果。结果 观察组的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组SF-36各维度评分高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的尿酮体高于对照组,呼吸深快、恶心呕吐、多饮多尿、KA纠正时间、尿酮体转阴时间和血液pH值均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 给予DKA患者全面急诊护理能有效控制血糖水平,降低心理负担,促进呼吸深快、恶心呕吐等症状改善。Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive emergency care in diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA).Methods A total of 78patients diagnosed with DKA in Jinjiang City Hospital from December 2020 to December 2023 were included,and were divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 39 cases,by using the random number table method.Routine care was performed in the control group,and comprehensive emergency care was performed in the observation group,comparing the psychological status(SAS,SDS),quality of life(SF-36),and intervention effects between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the SF-36 scores of the observation group in each dimension were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the urinary ketone bodies of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the deep and fast respiration,nausea and vomiting,polydipsia and polyuria,the time of correction of KA,the time of conversion of urinary ketone bodies,and the pH value of blood were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Giving comprehensive emergency care to DKA patients can effectively control the blood glucose level,reduce the psychological burden,and promote the improvement of symptoms such as deep and fast breathing,nausea and vomiting.
