摘  要:目的 分析卓越护理服务模式应用于临床护理带教的效果。方法 以2022年8月至2023年12月本院学习临床护理课程的100名学生为观察对象,选用随机数字表法,将其划分对照组(临床护理带教)和观察组(临床护理带教纳入卓越护理服务模式),观察其教学成效。结果 观察组理论考核、单项实操考核、综合素质考核达标率较对照组更高(P <0.05)。观察组对课堂氛围、学习兴趣、授课方法及授课效果的满意度评分较对照组更高(P <0.05)。两组教学前自我导向评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),教学后,观察组自我导向能力评分较对照组更高(P <0.05)。结论 卓越护理服务模式应用于临床护理带教上具有良好教学优势,其在提升学生理论、实操和综合素养达标率,还可增强教学效果,使学生自我导向能力提高。Objective To explore the effect of excellent nursing service model applied to clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 100 students studying clinical nursing courses in our hospital from August 2022 to December 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method:control group(clinical nursing teaching) and observation group(clinical nursing teaching incorporated into excellent nursing service model),and the teaching effect was observed.Results In the theoretical assessment,single practice assessment and comprehensive quality assessment,the observation group achieved the standard higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the aspects of classroom atmosphere,learning interest,teaching method and teaching effect,the satisfaction score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was little difference between the two groups before teaching(P>0.05),and after teaching,the observation group scored higher than the control group in terms of self-directed ability(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of excellent nursing service model in clinical nursing teaching has good teaching advantages,which can improve students' theoretical,practical and comprehensive literacy,enhance teaching effect,improve students' self-oriented ability.
