活血化瘀经方防治动脉粥样硬化探析

摘　　要：张仲景首次提出“瘀血”证名,并建立了血瘀证之理法方药体系。其创立的具有活血化瘀作用的方剂配伍严谨、用药精当,应用于临床各科疾病,均获良效。现代研究认为血瘀是动脉粥样硬化发生发展的重要病机,使用活血化瘀法治疗有效,部分活血化瘀经方在防治动脉粥样硬化方面取得了显著的临床效果和丰硕的科研成果。文章总结经方的活血化瘀之法和用药特点,结合活血化瘀经方的现代药理研究,为防治动脉粥样硬化的进一步研究提供新的思路。Zhang Zhongjing proposed the name of“blood stasis”for the first time.He established a system of principle-method-recipe-medicines for blood stasis syndrome.The prescription for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis created by him is rigorous in compatibility,precise in use.These prescriptions have been applied to various clinical diseases with good results.Mod-ern research believes that blood stasis is an important pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.Some classic prescriptions for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis have achieved remarkable clinical efficacy and fruitful scientific research results in the preven-tion and treatment of atherosclerosis.The method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis is effective in treating ath-erosclerosis.This article summarized the method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and the characteristics of medication,combined with the modern pharmacological research of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis classical prescription,and provided a new idea for the further study of preventing atherosclerosis.
