摘  要:食管癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率高,在恶性肿瘤相关死因中排名靠前,且发病常具有隐匿性,主要症状为进行性吞咽困难。食管癌归属于中医学“噎膈”范畴,首次记载于《黄帝内经》,噎膈常见病机为气滞、痰阻、血瘀,辨证分型以痰瘀互结多见,治则以行气化痰、活血消瘀为主,中医善于运用威灵仙、三七粉、白花蛇舌草、蜈蚣、醋三棱、醋莪术等抗肿瘤药治疗食管癌。Esophageal carcinoma is a common malignancy with an incidence of the eighth largest among malignancies and the sixth largest cause of death associated with malignancy,and the onset is often insidious,with progressive dysphagia.Esophageal cancer belongs to the category of“dysphagia”in traditional Chinese medicine,first recorded in Huangdi Neijing.The authors believe that the common pathogenesis of dysphagia is qi stagnation,sputum obstruction,blood stasis,syndrome differentiation typing to phlegm stasis interconnection is more common,treatment is to gasify phlegm,blood stasis mainly,good at the use of radix clematidis,Sanqi powder,Hedyotis diffusa,centipede,vinegarprocessed Sparganii Rhizoma,Vinegar Rhizoma Zedoariae and other anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine treatment of esophageal cancer.
