基于CiteSpace的近10年艾灸治疗脑卒中文献可视化分析

摘　　要：目的对艾灸治疗脑卒中的文献进行可视化分析,总结其研究现状及热点,为该领域发展提供参考。方法通过中国知网检索艾灸治疗脑卒中的文献,利用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献进行可视化分析,生成知识图谱。根据图谱数据,分析艾灸治疗脑卒中现状及研究热点。结果可视化分析结果显示:艾灸治疗脑卒中领域的研究机构没有合作关系;研究热点为艾灸疗法多样化,如麦粒灸、温和灸、隔姜灸等;配合治疗方式多样如针灸、康复训练、穴位贴敷等,主要应用在脑卒中的尿失禁、偏瘫和便秘方面;未来的研究前沿可能是艾灸配合电针的疗效及患者生活质量的改善。结论艾灸治疗脑卒中领域的机构及研究者间应加强联系;加强纵向研究,为其发展提供参考。Objective To visually analyze the literature on moxibustion in the treatment of stroke,and to summarize its research status and hotspots to provide reference for its development.Methods The literatures on moxibustion treatment of stroke were retrieved from CNKI.CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the included literatures and generate a knowledge graph.According to the graph data the current situation and research hotspots are analyzed.Results The results of visual analysis show that there is no cooperative relationship between research institutions in the field of moxibustion treatment of stroke.The research hotspot is on the diversification of moxibustion therapy,such as wheat grain moxibustion,mild moxibustion,ginger moxibustion,etc.The cooperative treatment methods are diversified,such as acupuncture,rehabilitation training,acupoint application,etc.,which are mainly used in urinary incontinence,hemiplegia and constipation of stroke.The curative effect of moxibustion combined with electroacupuncture and the improvement of patients’quality of life may become the research frontier in the future.Conclusion The relationship between institutions and researchers should be strengthened,and vertical research in this field should be strengthened to provide reference for its development.
