摘　　要：目的应用Meta分析评价中医药治疗单纯性肥胖症的效果。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据资源系统(WANFANG DATA)上符合纳入标准的随机对照试验文献,并以Jadad评分表评价文献质量,以RevMan 5.3统计分析所提取的相关数据。结果最终纳入文献33篇,Meta分析显示中医药组与非中医药组(如基础治疗对照组或西医药组)比较,总有效率差异有统计学意义,中医药试验组的总有效率优于非中医药对照组。结论中医药治疗单纯性肥胖症的总有效率优于西药和/或健康教育、饮食运动治疗,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of simple obesity by Meta analysis.Methods The literatures of randomized controlled trials that met the inclusion criteria were retrieved from CNKI and WANFANG DATA through the Internet,and the quality of literatures was evaluated with Jadad rating scale.Then,relevant data was extracted and analyzed with RevMan5.3.Results Finally,thirty-three articles were included.Meta-analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the TCM group and the non-TCM group(such as the basic treatment control group or the western medicine group),and the total effective rate of the TCM experimental group was better than that of the non-TCM control group.Conclusion The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of simple obesity is better than that of Western medicine and/or health education,diet and exercise therapy,which is worthy of popularization and application.
