摘　　要：目的观察黛力新联合柴胡疏肝散治疗肝胃气滞型功能性消化不良(FD)的临床效果。方法65例肝胃气滞型FD患者随机分为三组,治疗组25例,应用柴胡疏肝散加减联合黛力新;对照Ⅰ组20例,应用柴胡疏肝散加减联合莫沙必利;对照Ⅱ组20例,应用泮托拉唑联合莫沙必利。疗程均为2周。观察临床症状缓解情况,不良反应及复发率,并做对比分析。结果治疗组总有效率为92.0%(23/25),明显优于对照Ⅰ组的65.0%(13/20)和对照Ⅱ组的60.0%(12/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组症状积分较前显著下降,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散加减联合黛力新治疗肝胃气滞型FD效果显著,不良反应发生率低,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Deanxit combined with Chaihu Shugan powder on functional dyspepsia of hepa-togastric qi stagnation type.Methods 65 FD patients with hepatogastric qi stagnation were randomly divided into three groups.The treatment group of 25 cases was treated with Deanxit combined with Chaihu Shugan powder.The control groupⅠof 20 cases was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Moxapride.The control groupⅡof 20 cases was treated with pantoprazole com-bined with Moxapride.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The remission of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were observed,and comparative analysis was made.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.0%(23/25),which was significantly better than 65.0%(13/20)in control groupⅠand 60.0%(12/20)in control groupⅡ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom score in treatment group was significantly lower than before,and incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Deanxit combined with Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of FD of hepatogastric qi stagnation type has obvious effect,low incidence of adverse reactions and low recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
