预见性护理联合雷火灸预防混合痔术后并发症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察预见性护理联合雷火灸对混合痔术后并发症的干预效果。方法选取广西中医药大学第一附属医院胃肠肛门外科收治的70例行混合痔外剥内扎术的患者,采用随机数字表法将70例患者分为常规组(常规护理干预)和观察组(在常规护理基础上实施预见性护理联合雷火灸),各35例。观察两组术后排便情况、尿潴留发生情况及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分情况。结果观察组患者术后首次排便时间短于对照组,排便评分及VAS评分均低于对照组,尿潴留发生率11.43%(4/35)明显低于对照组的34.29%(12/35),且观察组患者术后焦虑状态有了明显的改善(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理联合雷火灸有助于降低混合痔患者术后并发症的发生率,可有效改善患者焦虑状态。Objective To observe the effect of predictive nursing intervention combined with thunder fire moxibustion on postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Seventy patients underwent external ligation of mixed hemorrhoids admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into routine group of 35 cases(routine nursing intervention)and observation group of 35 cases(predictive nursing intervention combined with lightning fire moxibustion on the basis of routine nursing)by random number table method.Postoperative defecation,urinary retention,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score were observed in the two groups.Results The first postoperative defecation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the defecation score and VAS score were lower than those of the con-trol group,the incidence of urinary retention was 11.43%(4/35),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(34.29%,12/35),and the postoperative anxiety state of the observation group was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nurs-ing intervention combined with thunder fire moxibustion can help reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications in patients with mixed hemorrhoids,and can effectively improve the anxiety state of patients.
