摘　　要：文章旨在通过综述穴位贴敷在高血压病治疗中的临床效果,探索穴位贴敷配穴和贴敷药物选择的规律。穴位贴敷治疗高血压病,最常用的单穴为涌泉,不同证型的主穴和配穴主要依据穴位、经络的主治功能进行选择;穴位贴敷治疗高血压病引起的眩晕症状,应用吴茱萸频次最高,不同证型穴位贴敷药物与药物的性味归经、主治功能有关。文章对相关内容进行综述,以期为临床应用穴位贴敷辨证施护高血压病患者提供参考。This article summarized the clinical effect of acupoint application in hypertension,explored the rule of acupoint applica-tion and point combination and drug selection,and the most common point application for hypertension is Yongquan(KI1).It attached importance to the selection of main points and point combination for different syndrome types based on the main therapeutic functions of acupoints and meridians.Evodia rutaecarpa was used most frequently for vertigo symptoms caused by hypertension.Attention was paid to the application of different syndrome types of acupoint application drugs,which were related to the nature,taste,meridian ori-entation and main therapeutic functions of the drugs,in order to provide reference for clinical application of acupoint application to protect patients with hypertension based on syndrome differentiation.
