摘　　要：慢性非特异性下腰痛是指排除特异性下腰痛和坐骨神经/根性疼痛综合征的疼痛综合征,且持续时间≥3个月,临床发病率高且逐渐年轻化。目前临床对慢性非特异性下腰痛的治疗方法较多,但是中医学和现代医学对其发病机制尚未完全明确,还未有统一治疗方案。作者通过查阅文献,将近年来对慢性非特异性下腰痛临床效果较好的治疗方法总结如下。Chronic non-specific low back pain refers to a pain syndrome that excludes specific low back pain and sciatic nerve/root pain syndrome,and lasts≥3 months,with a high clinical incidence and gradual rejuvenation.At present,there are many clinical treat-ment methods for chronic non-specific low back pain,but the pathogenesis of traditional medicine and modern medicine in the mother-land has not yet been fully clarified,and there is no unified treatment plan.Through reviewing the literature,the authors summarized the treatment methods with good clinical efficacy for chronic non-specific low back pain in recent years as follows.
