摘　　要：目的:分析贝克曼AU5800型全自动生化分析仪用于糖尿病患者血糖的检验效果。方法:选择2023年1月~2024年1月在本实验室进行检测的43例糖尿病患者作为此次的观察组,同期选择43例健康体检者作为对照组,均使用贝克曼AU5800型全自动生化分析仪,探究血糖检验效果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组糖化血红蛋白、餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C、C反应蛋白、血液同型半胱氨酸更高,两组对比差异有意义(P<0.05)。在性能的评价上,检验的精密度实验均能低于10%,参数能符合仪器的设定标准,且检验项目的线性范围合格。结论:贝克曼AU5800型全自动生化分析仪具有较高的精密度,可以符合仪器设定要求,能够更好地满足临床需求。Objective:To analyze the effect of Beckman AU5800 automatic biochemical analyzer on blood glucose test in diabetes patients.Methods:43 patients with diabetes in our laboratory from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the observation group,and 43 healthy people were selected as the control group at the same time.All of them used Beckman AU5800 automatic biochemical analyzer to explore the effect of blood glucose test.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher levels of HbAlc(glycated hemoglobin),2hPBG(postprandial 2-hour blood glucose),FGB(fasting blood glucose),TG(triacylglycerol),TC(total cholesterol),CysC(cystatin),CRP(C-reactive protein),and HCY(blood homocysteine),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of performance evaluation,the precision experiments tested can all be below 10%,the parameters can meet the instrument’s set standards,and the linear range of the test items is qualified.Conclusion:The Beckman AU5800 fully automatic biochemical analyzer has high precision,can meet the instrument setting requirements,and can better meet clinical needs.
