器械重组理念在妇产科器械集中式管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析探讨器械重组理念在妇产科器械管理的过程中应用效果以及推广价值。方法:在2022年1月~12月引入器械重组理念,并将其应用到妇产科器械集中式管理中,将其设定为观察组;2021年1月~12月实施未引入器械重组理念的管理措施,设定为对照组。对比分析器械重组理念实施前后的妇产科器械管理效果以及医护人员的满意度。结果:在器械管理效果指标对比方面,观察组器械包装缺陷率、损耗率、标签不符率分别为0.42%、0.70%、0.14%,显著低于对照组的3.00%、3.83%、4.26%,组间差异显著(P<0.05);医护人员满意度指标对比方面,观察组96.77%显高于对照组的82.23%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科设备管理的过程中,引入器械重组理念,能够较好地提升器械管理效率,医护满意度得到提升。Objective:To analyze and discuss the application effect and popularizing value of device reorganization concept in the process of obstetrics and gynecology device management.Methods:From January to December 2022,the concept of device restructuring was introduced and applied to centralized management of obstetric and gynecological devices,with it designated as the observation group;From January to December 2021,management measures that did not introduce the concept of device restructuring were implemented and set as a control group to compare and analyze the effectiveness of obstetric and gynecological device management before and after the implementation of the device restructuring concept,as well as the satisfaction of medical staff.Results:In terms of comparing the effectiveness indicators of device management,the defect rate,loss rate,and label inconsistency rate of device packaging in the observation group were 0.42%,0.70%,and 0.14%,respectively,significantly lower than the control group's 3.00%,3.83%,and 4.26%,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05);In terms of comparing the satisfaction indicators of medical staff,96.77%in the observation group was significantly higher than 82.23%in the control group,with a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of obstetrics and gynecology equipment management,the introduction of the concept of device reorganization can better improve the efficiency of device management,medical satisfaction to enhance.
