观察简单预清洗和彻底预清洗对手术器械清洗的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析手术器械清洗中,简单预清洗及彻底预清洗的对比应用差异,提高工作质量。方法:选取2021年1月~2023年2月消毒供应中心回收的手术器械共160件,以随机抽签分组,其中,80件采取简单预清洗(纳入对照组),另80件实施彻底预清洗(纳入观察组)。分析两种不同预清洗方式对手术器械清洗质量的影响。结果:观察组处理后的手术器械洁净度及污染程度合格比例,均高于对照组(P<0.05);手术器械清洗时间对比,观察组较对照组短(P<0.05);清洗后,观察组手术器械生物膜细菌数更少(P<0.05);观察组手术器械细菌检出率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手术器械清洗前进行彻底预清洗处理能够较大提升清洗效率,可提升手术器械清洗度,提高灭菌效果,为临床治疗提供可靠的器械保证。Objective:To analyze the comparative application difference of simple pre-cleaning and thorough pre-cleaning in surgical instrument cleaning to improve the work quality.Methods:A total of 160 surgical recovered from January 2021 to February 2023 were randomly selected,among which 80 were simply pre-cleaned(included in the control group)and 80 were thoroughly pre-cleaned(included in the observation group).The influence of two different pre-cleaning methods on the cleaning quality of surgical instruments was analyzed.Results:The cleanliness of surgical devices and the contamination rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Comparing the cleaning time of surgical devices,the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05);After cleaning,the number of biofilm bacteria in the observation group was less(P<0.05);And the bacterial detection rate of surgical devices in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Before the cleaning of surgical instruments,a thorough pre-cleaning treatment can greatly improve the cleaning efficiency,improve the cleaning degree of surgical instruments,improve the sterilization effect,and provide a reliable device guarantee for clinical treatment.
