摘　　要：单光子发射计算机体层摄影(SPECT)作为现代医学重要疾病诊疗设备,具有成像清晰、定位准确、操作便捷等优势,在骨骼检查、心脏检查、甲状腺检查等领域发挥着关键性作用。医护人员借助SPECT设备能够快速获取患者病灶信息,掌握病程数据,为后续临床治疗方案的制定提供数据支撑,保证治疗活动的有效性和合理性。SPECT设备结构精密,受到温度、湿度等环境因素影响较大,加之操作不当等人为因素的叠加,使得发生设备故障概率较高。着眼SPECT设备的医学价值,后勤团队组织开展常规性的设备管理、维修,旨在提升设备运行效能,延长使用寿命,保障检测精度。文章从多维角度出发,运用文献资料研究法等,在科学分析SPECT设备工作原理的基础上,总结设备常见故障类型与诱发原因,掌握准直器识别错误等故障实际表现,整合现有技术资源,归纳故障处理经验,制定SPECT设备故障紧急维修方案,以实现SPECT设备常见故障的科学诊断和高效排除,增强设备管理的精细化水平。SPECT,as an important diagnosis and treatment equipment in modern medicine,has the advantages of clear imaging,accurate positioning and convenient operation,and plays a key role in bone examination,heart examination,thyroid examination and other fields.With the help of SPECT equipment,medical staff can quickly obtain the focal information of patients and grasp the disease course data,which provides data support for the formulation of follow-up clinical treatment plan and ensures the effectiveness and rationality of treatment activities.SPECT equipment the precision of the structure is greatly affected by environmental factors such as temperature and humidity,and the superposition of human factors such as improper operation makes the probability of equipment failure high.Focusing on the medical value of SPECT equipment,the logistics team organizes and carries out routine equipment management and maintenance,aiming to improve the operation efficiency of the equipment,extend the service life,and ensure the detection accuracy.Based on scientific analysis of the working principle of SPECT equipment,this paper,from a multi-dimensional perspective,uses the literature research method,etc.,summarizes the common fault types and causes of the equipment,master the actual performance of the collimator identification error,integrates the existing technical resources,summarizes the experience in fault handling,and formulates the emergency maintenance plan for SPECT equipment failure.The aim is to realize the scientific diagnosis and efficient elimination of common faults of SPECT equipment,and enhance the refinement level of equipment management.
