摘 要:目的:研究灌流器联合透析器治疗尿毒症及对矿物质及骨代谢的影响。方法:选取68例行血液透析进行治疗的尿毒症患者为研究对象,基于随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用灌流器联合透析器进行治疗,对照组采用血液透析滤过器进行治疗,观察两组治疗有效率及治疗前后的肾功能、矿物质和骨代谢指标。结果:研究组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组肾功能、矿物质和骨代谢指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组肾功能指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组血磷和甲状旁腺激素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组矿物质指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对尿毒症患者行血液灌流联合血液透析治疗相比血液透析滤过治疗可以取得更好治疗效果,同时在矿物质和骨代谢异常改善方面更具优势。Objective:To study the treatment of uremia with a combination of perfumer and dialyzer and its effects on mineral and bone metabolism.Methods:68 uremic patients who underwent hemodialysis treatment were selected as the research subjects and divided into a study group and a control group based on a random number table method.The study group were treated with a perfusion device combined with a dialyzer,while the control group were treated with a blood dialysis filter.Observe the effective rate of treatment and the renal function,minerals,and bone metabolism indicators before and after treatment in both groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in renal function,minerals,and bone metabolism indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the renal function indicators in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the mineral indicators in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can achieve better therapeutic effects on uremic patients compared to hemodialysis filtration therapy,and has more advantages in improving mineral and bone metabolism abnormalities.
