心血管超声对心血管疾病诊断的作用及诊断准确率分析

摘　　要：目的:分析诊断心血管疾病中应用心血管超声的作用及诊断准确率。方法:于2022年1月~2023年8月选取本院收治的心血管疾病患者1666例,均行心血管超声检查,“金标准”为血管造影结果,分析与对比血管超声检查结果,三尖瓣反流不同程度的肺动脉收缩压、反流速度,不同主干狭窄程度的左右心房左右径、主动脉内径。结果:心血管超声检出320例冠心病、413例伴下肢静脉血栓、925例肺动脉栓塞,诊断准确率与血管造影结果相近(P>0.05)。主干狭窄≤50%的患者经检测其左心房左右径、主动脉内径、右心房左右径均比主干狭窄>50%的患者低(P<0.05)。三尖瓣反流轻度患者的肺动脉收缩压、反流速度均比三尖瓣反流中度、重度者低(P<0.05)。结论:在心血管疾病诊断当中应用心血管超声诊断准确性较高,可反映病情严重程度,影像学特征突出,可为疾病诊断与预后评估提供客观参考。Objective:To analyze the role and diagnostic accuracy of cardiovascular ultrasound in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.Methods:From January 2022 to August 2023,1666 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent cardiovascular ultrasound examination,and the"gold standard"was angiography results.The vascular ultrasound examination results,pulmonary artery systolic pressure and regurgitation velocity with different degrees of tricuspid regurgitation,left and right atrium diameters,and aorta inner diameter with different degrees of main trunk stenosis were analyzed and compared.Results:Cardiovascular ultrasound detected 320 cases of coronary heart disease,413 cases with lower limb venous thrombosis,and 925 cases of pulmonary embolism,with diagnostic accuracy similar to angiography results(P>0.05).Patients with main stenosis≤50%had lower left atrial diameter,aortic diameter,and right atrial diameter compared to patients with main stenosis>50%(P<0.05).Patients with mild tricuspid regurgitation have lower pulmonary artery systolic pressure and reflux velocity than those with moderate or severe tricuspid regurgitation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cardiovascular ultrasound in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases has high accuracy,can reflect the severity of the condition,prominent imaging features,and can provide objective reference for disease diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.
