摘　　要：目的:探究信息化技术在医院医疗设备管理与维护中的应用。方法:选取2021年7月~2023年7月本院72台医疗设备及其服务的122例患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各有36台医疗设备及61例患者。对照组给予医疗设备常规人工管理,研究组给予医疗设备信息化技术管理。观察分析两组患者满意度、不良事件发生率及设备管理、维护效果等。结果:与对照组相比,研究组设备故障及医患纠纷率均较低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组设备管理、维护效果更优(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组患者满意度更高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组医疗设备风险控制效果较优(P<0.05)。结论:在医院医疗设备管理与维护期间科学运用信息化技术能有效解决设备故障及医患纠纷问题,具有较理想的风险控制效果,能使设备管理及维护效果大幅提升,同时增加患者的满意度。Objective:To explore the application of information technology in hospital medical equipment management and maintenance.Methods:A total of 122 patients with 72 medical devices and services in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 36 medical devices and 61 patients in each group.The control group was given routine manual management of medical equipment,and the study group was given information technology management of medical equipment.The satisfaction of patients,the incidence of adverse events and the effect of equipment management and maintenance were observed and analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the rates of equipment failure and doctor-patient dispute in the study group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the research group had better equipment management and maintenance effect(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the risk control effect of medical equipment in research group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scientific application of information technology during the management and maintenance of hospital medical equipment can effectively solve the problems of equipment failure and doctor-patient disputes,has a better risk control effect,can greatly improve the effect of equipment management and maintenance,and increase the satisfaction of patients,and can be popularized.
