摘　　要：动脉粥样硬化是以血管壁脂质异常沉积和炎症细胞浸润为特征的慢性炎症性疾病。动脉粥样硬化是急性心肌梗死、缺血性脑卒中等心血管疾病的共同病理基础,其发病机制目前尚未完全阐明。胞葬作用是吞噬细胞对凋亡细胞的清除过程。近年来,大量研究发现,胞葬作用受损在动脉粥样硬化斑块进展过程中发挥关键作用。本文以胞葬作用为靶点,深入探讨动脉粥样硬化中胞葬作用受损的机制及干预措施,以期为动脉粥样硬化性疾病的防治提供新的治疗策略和理论依据。Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by abnormal lipid deposition and infiltration of inflammatory cells in the vessel wall.It is also the common pathological basis for various cardiovascular diseases such as acute myocardial infarction and ischemic stroke.The pathogenesis of atherosclerosis has not been fully elucidated.Efferocytosis refers the effective clearance of apoptotic cells by professional and non-professional phagocytes.In recent years,a large number of studies have found that impaired efferocytosis plays a key role in the progression of atherosclerotic plaques.Therefore,this article focuses on the impaired efferocytosis in atherosclerosis,exploring the mechanisms and intervention measures,in order to provide theoretical basis and thoughts on new therapeutic strategies for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis-related diseases.
