摘　　要：本文概述了医疗质量控制体系的基本概念和原则,详细阐述了县级医院在构建医疗质量控制体系过程中的关键步骤,包括组织架构的搭建、规章制度的制定、人员培训与考核的强化、信息化平台的建立以及外部合作与交流的加强。通过具体实践案例分析,展示了医疗质量控制体系在县级医院的实际应用和取得的成效。指出了持续改进的方向和措施,并强调了医疗质量控制体系对于提高医疗服务水平、促进医院可持续发展以及推动医疗卫生事业发展的重要意义。This article outlines the basic concepts and principles of the medical quality control system,and elabo-rates on the key steps in the process of building a medical quality control system in county-level hospitals.It includes the establishment of organizational structure,the formulation of rules and regulations,the strengthening of personnel training and assessment,the establishment of information platforms,and the strengthening of external cooperation and exchanges.Through the analysis of specific practical cases,the practical application and results of the medical quality control system in county-level hospitals are demonstrated.The article also points out the direction and measures for continuous improvement,and emphasizes the importance of the medical quality control system in improving medical service levels,promoting the sustainable development of hospitals,and promoting the development of medical and health services.
