集成化供应链药事服务项目在药品流通管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析集成化供应链药事管理项目应用于药品流通管理中的临床效果。方法选取2021年3月—2022年2月为滨州市中心医院药品流通常规管理时间,设为对照组,2022年3月—2023年2月为集成化供应链药事服务项目应用时间,设为观察组,两组均为同一批药事管理人员,共30名,分别抽查两组药品,分析比较两组药品储存管理效果、药品储存相关不良事件发生情况、药事管理人员集成化供应链药事管理项目及药品流通管理知识考核评分、对药品流程管理满意度评分。结果观察组药品储存管理效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项药品储存相关不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组药事管理人员集成化供应链药事管理项目及药品流通管理知识考核各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组对药品流程管理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论将集成化供应链药事管理项目干预药品流通管理,能够获得良好的工作质量,降低药品储存不良事件发生率,提升药事管理人员对集成化供应链药事管理相关知识了解程度及满意度。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of the integrated supply chain pharmaceutical management proj⁃ect applied in drug distribution management.Methods The routine management time of drug circulation in Binzhou Central Hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 was selected as the control group,the application time of inte⁃grated supply chain pharmaceutical service project from March 2022 to February 2023 was selected as the observation group,and the two groups were composed of the same batch of pharmaceutical management personnel,a total of 30,re⁃spectively.The effects of drug storage management,the occurrence of adverse events related to drug storage,the evalu⁃ation scores of drug management personnel's integrated supply chain drug management project and drug circulation management knowledge,and the satisfaction scores of drug process management were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The effect of drug storage management in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of drug storage-related ad⁃verse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of integrated supply chain pharmaceutical management items and drug circulation management knowledge assessment of pharmaceutical management personnel in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of drug flow management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Intervening the integrated supply chain pharmaceutical management project in drug circulation management can achieve good work quality,reduce the incidence of adverse drug storage events,improve pharmaceutical managers'understanding of knowledge and satisfaction related to integra
