摘　　要：目的通过对2019—2021年三山经开区医疗机构消毒灭菌效果监测结果分析,为提高医疗机构消毒效果提出建议。方法抽取2019—2021年三山经开辖区不同类别医疗机构,对物体表面等进行采样,通过实验室检测,描述性分析消毒效果。结果2019—2021年共抽取医疗机构51户次,采集样本346件,合格率为70.23%。2019年合格率为60.00%,2020年合格率为64.35%,2021年合格率为86.21%,总体合格率呈逐年上升趋势,2021年合格率高于2019年,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.823,P<0.05)。各监测项目中室内空气合格率最低,为27.68%。各类别医疗机构中村卫生室消毒灭菌效果监测合格率最低,为57.39%。各医疗机构消毒灭菌效果监测中,社区卫生服务中心、中心卫生院合格率为86.57%,村卫生室(站)合格率为57.39%,诊所、民营医院合格率为72.22%,社区卫生中心和卫生院高于村卫生室(站),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=31.062,P<0.05)。结论三山经开区医疗机构消毒灭菌效果监测总体合格率虽然逐年增长,但仍存在明显不足,室内空气和物体表面消毒效果较差,相较于社区卫生服务中心、中心卫生院等较大规模的医疗机构,村卫生室(站)此类规模小、人员少的基层医疗机构消毒隔离工作明显落实不到位,需要进一步提高消毒能力,规范开展消毒工作。Objective Through the analysis of the monitoring results of disinfection and sterilization effect of medical institutions in Sanshan Economic development Area from 2019 to 2021,and suggestions were put forward to improve the disinfection effect of medical institutions.Methods From 2019 to 2021,different types of medical institutions in Sanshan Economic development area were selected to sample the surfaces of objects,and the disinfection effect was described and analyzed through laboratory testing.Results From 2019 to 2021,a total of 51 medical institutions were selected,and 346 samples were collected,with a pass rate of 70.23%.The qualified rate was 60.00%in 2019,64.35%in 2020 and 86.21%in 2021,and the overall qualified rate showed an increasing trend year by year,the pass rate in 2010 is higher than that in 2019,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=21.823,P<0.05).Among the vari-ous monitoring items,the indoor air qualification rate was the lowest,at 27.68%.Among all types of medical institu-tions,the village clinic has the lowest passing rate of disinfection and sterilization effect monitoring,which was 57.39%.In the monitoring of disinfection and sterilization effect of all medical institutions,the qualified rate of com-munity health service center and central health center was 86.57%;The qualified rate of village clinic(station)is 57.39%;The passing rate of clinics and private hospitals was 72.22%,community health centres and health cen-tres are higher than village clinris(stations),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=31.062,P<0.05).Con-clusion Although the overall qualification rate of disinfection and sterilization effect monitoring of medical institutions in Sanshan Economic development area has increased year by year,there are still obvious deficiencies,and the disin-fection effect of indoor air and surfaces is poor.Compared with large-scale medical institutions such as community health service centers and central health centers,the disinfection and isolation work of smal
