摘　　要：为了实现产品生产与质量控制,建立了同时测定25%丙炔噁草酮·莎稗磷乳油中丙炔噁草酮、莎稗磷的高效液相色谱分析法。该方法采用以甲醇和冰乙酸水溶液为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,使用C18为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在236 nm检测波长下对试样中的丙炔噁草酮和莎稗磷进行高效液相色谱分离和外标法定量。结果显示,丙炔噁草酮和莎稗磷质量浓度分别为0.161~0.242、0.639~0.967 mg/mL时,其质量浓度与其相应响应值之间的线性相关系数分别为0.999 3和0.999 3,标准偏差为0.02和0.05,变异系数分别为0.46%和0.26%,平均回收率为100.53%和100.38%,说明该方法具有简便、快速、准确度高等特点,可以满足丙炔噁草酮和莎稗磷的定性和定量分析。A HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous quantitative determination of oxadiargyl and anilofos in the formulation product oxadiargyl:anilofos 25%EC.The sample was extracted by methanol,then separated and analyzed quantitatively on Cis column and DAD detector at 236 nm,using the mixtured solution of methanol,acetic acid and water as mobile phase by reverse phase HPLC.The results showed that when oxadiargyl and anilofos was in the concentration ranges of 0.161-0.242 mg/mL,0.639-967 mg/mL,the linear correlation coefficients between concentrations of oxadiargyl and anilofos and their responsing values were 0.9993 and 0.9993,the standard deviation were 0.02 and 0.05,the variation coefficients were 0.46%and 0.26%,the average rates were 100.53%and 100.38%,respectively,indicating that the method is simple,quick,accurate,and suitable for the analysis oxadiagyl and anilofos in the formulation products.
