摘　　要：为解决城市轨道交通建设中大型管线因受周边环境条件的制约与限制无法迁改的情况,通过施工前利用有限元建立土体模型分析周边土体变化对管线受力的影响;利用BIM可视化的特点绘制出工程的三维图,为相关项目管理人员的沟通交流提供信息平台;在顶管顶进过程中,通过“掘进控制技术”、“管线静态实时监测技术”,控制沉降;严格控制出土量,防止超挖而使地面出现塌陷;同时采用将膨润土与聚丙烯酰胺等高分子材料混合溶液拌和而成的新型固态泥浆,减少管顶的摩擦。现场实践表明,采用该技术确保了顶管机顺利安全通过既有管线,可节约成本约300万元。In order to solve the situation that large pipelines in urban rail transit construction cannot be relocated due to the constraints and restrictions of the surrounding environmental conditions,the soil model is established by using finite elements before construction to analyze the force impact of the surrounding soil changes on the pipelines.Use the characteristics of BIM visualization to draw a three-dimensional diagram of the project,and provide an information platform for the communication and exchange of relevant project managers;In the process of pipe jacking,the settlement is controlled by"boring control technology"and"pipeline static real-time monitoring technology";Strictly control the amount of excavation to prevent the ground from collapsing due to over-excavation;At the same time,a new solid slurry made by mixing a mixture of bentonite clay and polymer materials such as polyacrylamide is used to reduce the friction of the top of the tube.According to the field practice,the use of this technology ensures the smooth and safe passage of the pipe jacking machine through the existing pipeline,which can save about 3 million yuan.
