摘 要:为解决超高层核心筒结构施工混凝土浇筑中布料效率慢、预留洞口、埋件多等问题,本文结合项目提出一种爬模支承自升式遥控布料机。通过分析传统的混凝土浇筑布料方法的问题和缺点,结合超高层核心筒混凝土自升爬模施工的特点,通过支承钢平台将遥控布料机和自升爬模有机结合在一起,仅进行一次安装,布料机随爬模一起提升,解决整个核心筒混凝土的浇筑。实践表明:与传统方法相比,该技术可实现每层核心筒混凝土浇筑工期缩短1-2天,投入施工人员减少2/3,取消了全部布料机的预留埋件、洞口,节省布料施工成本20%,简化了施工工序。本技术在超高层核心筒混凝土浇筑中有较好的推广和应用价值。In order to solve the problems of slow distribution efficiency,hole reservation and many embedded parts in concrete pouring of super high-rise core tube structure.In this paper,a remote control self-lifting distributor with climbing die support is proposed.This paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the traditional concrete placement fabric method.According to the characteristics of the construction of the concrete self-lifting climbing form of the super high-rise core tube,the remote control distributor and the self-lifting climbing form are organically combined through the supporting steel platform,and only one installation is carried out.The distributor is lifted along with the climbing mold to solve the concrete pouring of the entire core cylinder.The practice shows that:compared with the traditional method,the concrete pouring period of each layer core tube can be shortened by 1-2 days,the construction personnel can be reduced by 2/3,all the reserved embeddings and holes of the fabric machine can be cancelled,the fabric construction cost can be saved by 20%,and the construction process can be simplified.This technology has good promotion and application value in the concrete pouring of super high-rise core tube.
