摘 要:为解决传统单元式幕墙直挂式挂码接触不完全、形变不均匀的问题,本文提出将轴承与传统挂码结合的方式改良单元板挂装构造,并通过有限元仿真模拟200 m高度的工况,验证挂码的受力情况。结果表明,轴承挂码可以承受5 kPa以上风荷载,满足200 m高度超高层建筑使用工况。同时,轴承挂码体系拥有6个可调节自由度,能自适应幕墙位移变化,有效减少了单元板挂装构造接触面的磨损,并为斜分格、大倾角、曲面异形等形式幕墙的实现提供了基础。To address the issues of incomplete contact and uneven deformation in traditional unitized curtain wall hanging codes,this paper proposes an improvement to the unitized panel hanging structure by integrating bearings with the conventional hanging codes.Through finite element simulation,the paper validates the load-bearing capabilities of the hanging codes under conditions simulating a 200-meter height.The results indicate that the bearing-supported hanging codes can withstand wind loads exceeding 5 kPa,meeting the requirements for the usage in conditions of super high-rise buildings with a height of 200 meters.Additionally,the bearing-supported hanging code system possesses 6 adjustable degrees of freedom,allowing it to adapt to changes in curtain wall displacement.This effectively reduces wear on the contact surfaces of the unitized panel hanging structure and provides a foundation for the realization of various architectural styles,such as diagonal grids,steep angles,and curved surfaces,in curtain wall designs.
