胶艾汤合寿胎丸治疗胎动不安(肾虚血瘀证)32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察胶艾汤合寿胎丸治疗胎动不安(肾虚血瘀证)的临床效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年10月金溪县中医院收治的胎动不安(肾虚血瘀证)患者64例,采用抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组单用胶艾汤治疗,观察组叠加寿胎丸治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果:2组总有效率比较,观察组为90.63%,对照组为84.38%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组症状消失时间比较,观察组明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组血β-HCG、孕激素水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组;2组中医证候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胶艾汤合寿胎丸治疗胎动不安(肾虚血瘀证)的临床效果优于单用胶艾汤。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiaoai Decoction combined with Shoutai Pill in the treatment of restlessness of the fetus(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Methods:Sixty-four cases of patients with fetal restlessness(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)admitted to Jinxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 32 cases by lottery method.The control group was treated with Jiaoai Decoction alone,and the observation group was treated with Shoutai Pill based on control group,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was 90.62%in the observation group and 84.37%in the control group,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of symptom disappearance of the two groups was shorter than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment period,the bloodβ-HCG and progesterone levels of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group;the TCM points of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Jiaoai Decoction combined with Shoutai Pill in the treatment of restlessness of the fetus(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)is better than that of Jiaoai Decoction alone.
