栀子在肝脏疾病防治中的应用及作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：栀子为茜草科植物栀子的干燥成熟果实,是江西道地药材,含有环烯醚萜类、二萜类、黄酮类等多种化学成分。研究表明,栀子对多种类型肝损伤有一定的预防保护效果。栀子发挥肝损伤保护作用与其抗氧化、清除自由基、抗脂质过氧化等有关并有多种通路参与其中。现通过对栀子在肝脏疾病防治中的临床应用以及功能与机理进行系统总结,并对其研发现状加以研究,以期为栀子的开发和合理应用提供依据。Gardenia is the dried and mature fruit of the Rubiaceae plant Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.It is an authentic medicinal material in Jiangxi,containing iridoids,diterpenoids,flavonoids and other chemical components.Studies have shown that Gardenia has certain preventive and protective effects on various types of liver injury.The protective effect of liver injury is related to anti-oxidation,scavenging of free radicals,anti-lipid peroxidation,etc.,and participates in the regulation of multiple pathways.Therefore,this review systematically summarizes the application,function and mechanism of Gardenia in the prevention and treatment of liver diseases,and studies its research and development status.It is hoped that Gardenia can be provided a basis for development and utilization.
