摘 要:抽气装置的可靠性直接影响到炮手的工作环境及人身安全。为了研究抽气装置排气的可靠性,以某型105 mm火炮为研究对象,提出一种利用CFD方法计算抽气装置抽气效率的方法,借助FLUENT仿真软件,采用标准k-ε湍流模型,对考虑开闩过程的三维抽气装置排气过程进行仿真。仿真过程对抽气装置储气室压力、抽气速度及抽气质量流率进行实时监测。仿真云图能较好的显示出抽气装置排气过程的射流发展过程。监测结果表明:仿真监测的储气室压力曲线和实验获得的储气室压力曲线在储气室排气阶段曲线变化规律基本一致,仿真曲线符合实际物理规律,也说明了仿真模型的可行性。计算结果显示:抽气效率符合设计要求,抽气装置工作是可靠的。该计算方法对抽气装置的优化设计及火炮设计具有一定的理论指导意义。The reliablity of gun evacuator directly affects the gunner′s working environment and personal safety.In order to study the evacuator reliability of a 105 mm gun evacuator,a CFD method was proposed to calculate the venting efficiency of the gun evacuator.This paper adopted Fluent software with the standard k-ε turbulence model.The venting process of the three-dimensional evacuator consi-dering breech opening process was simulated.The pressure of the air storage chamber,the pumping speed and the pumping mass flow rate of the bore evacuator were monitored.The results show that contours can better display the jet development process of the venting process of the evacuator.The pressure curves of the air storage chamber obtained both from the simulation and the experiment are basically the same during the venting process of the gas storage chamber.The simulation results conform to actual physical laws,which also illustrates the feasibility of the simulation model.The simulation result shows that the pumping efficiency meets design requirements and the gun evacuator is reliable.The simu-lation method can serve as a reference for the optimization design of bore evacuators and gun design.
