摘 要:心脏起搏器是缓慢性心律失常的重要治疗手段,而目前临床上最常见的传统心脏起搏器其导线及囊袋导致的并发症居高不下。导线可引起三尖瓣反流、心内膜炎、导线断裂等严重并发症,而囊袋也可致皮肤溃烂、感染甚至败血症的发生。无导线心脏起搏器没有导线,无需制作囊袋,明显降低了起搏器的总并发症发生率。目前无导线心脏起搏器在临床上的应用越来越多,已由单腔起搏发展至房室同步起搏甚至多个起搏器联合起搏,本文结合近年来的相关研究报道,对无导线心脏起搏器的临床应用进展做一综述。Cardiac pacemakers are an important treatment method for bradyarrhythmia,and the complications caused by the lead and pocket of the most common traditional cardiac pacemakers in clinical practice remain high.Leads can cause serious complications such as tricuspid regurgitation,endocarditis,and lead breakage,while pockets can also cause skin ulceration,infection,and even sepsis.Leadless pacemakers have no leads and do not require the production of pockets,significantly reducing the overall incidence of pacemaker complications.At present,there are more and more clinical applications of leadless pacemakers,which have evolved from single-chamber pacing to atrioventricular synchronous pacing or even combined pacing of multiple pacemakers.This article reviews the clinical application progress of leadless pacemakers based on relevant research reports in recent years.
