摘　　要：子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是妇科常见病,主要表现为痛经、慢性盆腔痛、不孕等,严重影响女性身心健康,中医认为EMs的病因病机主要为血瘀。铁死亡是近年发现的一种新的细胞死亡方式,其特征是铁离子的积累、线粒体氧化应激、脂质过氧化和线粒体膜通透性转换孔开放等。近年来研究发现EMs患者血清中存在铁调素、铁蛋白和脂质过氧化等表达异常,提示EMs患者体内存在着铁死亡的发生。本文就EMs患者“血瘀”与铁死亡的相关性及其在EMs发病中的作用进行综述,以期为EMs的诊治提供新思路。Endometriosis(EMs)is a common gynecological disease,mainly manifested as dysmenorrhea,chronic pelvic pain,infertility,etc.,which seriously affects women’s physical and mental health.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,the etiology and pathogenesis of EMs are mainly blood stasis.Ferroptosis is a new mode of cell death discovered in recent years,characterized by the accumulation of ferric ions,mitochondrial oxidative stress,lipid peroxidation,and the opening of mitochondrial membrane permeability transition pores.In recent years,studies have found abnormal expressions of hepcidin,ferritin,and lipid peroxidation in the serum of EMs patients,indicating the occurrence of ferroptosis in EMs patients.This article reviews the correlation between blood stasis and ferroptosis in EMs patients and their roles in the pathogenesis of EMs,in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of EMs.
