摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下注射微量凝血酶治疗复杂性医源性假性动脉瘤的临床效果。方法:选取2008年1月—2023年10月江汉大学附属医院收治的复杂性医源性假性动脉瘤患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各41例。观察组行超声引导下注射微量凝血酶治疗,对照组行超声引导下压迫法治疗。比较两组一次性治愈率、复发率、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组一次性治愈率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声引导下注射微量凝血酶治疗复杂性医源性假性动脉瘤的临床效果较好,一次性治愈率高,且复发率低。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided microthrombin injection in the treatment of complex iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm.Methods:Eighty-two patients with complex iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jianghan University from January 2008 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The observation group underwent ultrasound-guided microthrombin injection,and the control group underwent ultrasound-guided compression.The single-treatment cure rate,recurrence rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The single-treatment cure rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the recurrence rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided microthrombin injection in the treatment of complex iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm has good clinical effect,with high single-treatment cure rate and low recurrence rate.
