玉屏风颗粒联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年7月滨州市中心医院收治的慢性荨麻疹患者96例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各48例。对照组采用卡介菌多糖核酸治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用玉屏风颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,试验组瘙痒程度、风团数目、每日风团发作次数、风团最大直径、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、皮肤病生活质量指数评分,白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-10、CD8^(+)水平,复发率均低于对照组,白细胞介素-2、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果良好,能够改善患者临床症状、睡眠质量与生活质量,减轻炎性反应,提高免疫功能,减少复发,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the effect of Yupingfeng granules combined with Bacillus Calmette-Guerin(BCG)polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:A total of 96 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid,and the experimental group was treated with Yupingfeng granules on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the severity of itching,the number of wheals,the number of daily wheal attacks,the maximum diameter of wheals,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,the Dermatology Life Quality Index scores,the levels of interleukin-4,interleukin-10 and CD8^(+),and the recurrence rates in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of interleukin-2,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng granules combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid have a good effect in the treatment of chronic urticaria,and can improve the clinical symptoms,sleep quality and quality of life of patients,reduce inflammatory reactions,improve immune function,reduce recurrence,and have a high safety.
