摘　　要：目的:探讨血清抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体、类风湿因子(RF)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、补体C3、补体C4检测在类风湿关节炎诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年3月枝江市人民医院收治的类风湿关节炎患者126例作为观察组,另选取同期体检健康者126例作为对照组,根据类风湿关节炎疾病活动(DAS-28)评分将观察组分为缓解期组(n=72)与活动期组(n=54)。所有研究对象检测血清CCP抗体、RF、IgG、补体C3、补体C4水平。比较各组各项指标水平。结果:观察组血清CCP抗体、RF、IgG、补体C3、补体C4水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。活动期组血清CCP抗体、RF、IgG、补体C3、补体C4水平均高于缓解期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:类风湿关节炎患者体内血清CCP抗体、RF、IgG、补体C3、补体C4均异常升高,并与类风湿关节炎病情活动度有关,可作为类风湿关节炎早期诊断及病情监测的重要指标。Objective:To explore the application value of serum anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP)antibody,rheumatoid factor(RF),immunoglobulin G(IgG),complement C3 and complement C4 detection for diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:A total of 126 rheumatoid arthritis patients admitted to Zhijiang People's Hospital between March 2020 and March 2022 were selected as the observation group,and another 126 healthy subjects by health examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The observation group was divided into a remission phase group(n=72)and an active phase group(n=54).The levels of serum CCP,RF,IgG,complement C3 and complement C4 were detected in all study subjects.The levels of each index in each group were compared.Results:The levels of serum CCP antibody,RF,IgG,complement C3 and complement C4 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The levels of serum CCP antibody,RF,IgG,complement C3 and complement C4 in the active phase group were higher than those in the remission phase group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The levels of serum CCP antibody,RF,IgG,complement C3 and complement C4 in rheumatoid arthritis patients are abnormally elevated and are related with the activity of rheumatoid arthritis condition,such indexes can be used as the important indexes for early diagnosis and monitoring of rheumatoid arthritis.
