社区康复护理在轻度失能老年患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区康复护理在轻度失能老年患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月北京市北宫镇社区卫生服务中心收治的轻度失能老年患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施社区康复护理。比较两组日常生活能力、护理满意度、健康知识掌握度、不良事件发生情况。结果:护理前,两组日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组ADL评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。护理前,两组生活、心理、康复、认知评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组生活、心理、康复、认知评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区康复护理在轻度失能老年患者中的应用效果显著,能够改善日常生活能力、健康知识掌握度,减少不良事件,患者满意度高。Objective:To explore the application effect of community rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with mild disability.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with mild disability admitted to Beijing Beigong Town Community Health Service Center from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given community rehabilitation nursing.The daily living ability,nursing satisfaction,health knowledge mastery,and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL)between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);After nursing,the ADL scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in life,psychology,rehabilitation and cognitive scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the scores of life,psychology,rehabilitation and cognition in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of community rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with mild disability has a significant effect,which can improve daily living ability and health knowledge mastery,reduce adverse events,and have high patient satisfaction.
