摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭医生签约服务管理在老年高血压合并2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1—11月北京市海淀区北太平庄社区卫生服务中心收治的116例老年高血压合并2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各58例。对照组予以常规管理,观察组给予家庭医生签约服务管理。比较两组管理满意度、血糖达标率、血压达标率、血脂达标率、体质量指数(BMI)异常率、腹型肥胖率、不良生活习惯情况。结果:观察组管理满意度评分,血糖、血压、血脂达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理前后,两组BMI异常率、腹型肥胖率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。管理前后,两组饮酒率、吸烟率、缺乏运动率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:家庭医生签约服务管理在老年高血压合并2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果较好,能够提高患者血糖、血压、血脂达标率及管理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of family doctor contract service management in elderly patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 116 elderly patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to Beijing Haidian District Beitaipingzhuang Community Health Service Center from January 2021 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management,and the observation group was given family doctor contract service management.Management satisfaction,blood glucose compliance rate,blood pressure compliance rate,blood lipid compliance rate,abnormal body mass index(BMI)rate,abdominal obesity rate,and poor lifestyle habits were compared between the two groups.Results:The management satisfaction score,the blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid compliance rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after intervention,there was no significant difference in abnormal BMI rate and abdominal obesity rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Before and after intervention,there was no significant difference in the rates of alcohol consumption,smoking and lack of exercise between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of family doctor contract service management in elderly patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus is good,which can increase the blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid compliance rates and the management satisfaction of patients.
